    Freight elevator installation consists of four to six people in an installation team, including one skilled fitter and one electrician to be responsible for installation and commissioning. Before the freight elevator is installed, the person in charge of the installation and the user representative should check all the parts and installation materials according to the packing list, and understand the type and control method of the elevator. According to the overall civil layout of the elevator, review the hoistway hole, corbel, pit depth, top floor height, lifting height, number of floors, landing door type, and the net plane size (width × depth) in the hoistway. If any errors are found, the relevant departments should be notified. Correct in time.

When electric welding is used in the shaft, the bundling joints of the nearby slugs should be firmly tied with lead wires with a diameter of 1.2mm to prevent the slugs from catching fire and breaking. There should be sufficient brightness in the well, and hand lamp sockets should be set at appropriate locations as needed.

The top floor and bottom pit shall be provided with two or more electric lamps for lighting, and other levels shall also be provided with lighting.

The number of lighting lamps in the machine room shall be the number of elevators × 2 or more.

The power supply required for the construction should be sent to the machine room and the construction site to ensure the use of the construction.

The center line of the car frame, the center line of the door, the clear width of the door, and the center line of the guide rail are marked on the model frame, and the position deviation of each line should not exceed 0.3mm.
