Freight elevator installation consists of four to six people in an installation team, including one skilled fitter and one electrician to be responsible for installation and commissioning. Before the freight elevator is installed, the person in charge of the installation and the user representative should check all the parts and installation materials according to the packing list, and understand the type and control method of the elevator. According to the overall civil layout of the elevator, review the hoistway hole, corbel, pit depth, top floor height, lifting height, number of floors, landing door type, and the net plane size (width × depth) in the hoistway. If any errors are found, the relevant departments should be notified. Correct in time.

The interval between the beams should be 850-900mm, and the beams at the entrance of the landing door should be erected as required.
On the beams of each layer, lay more than two scaffolding boards, each layer should be arranged in a staggered manner, the scaffolding boards should extend about 50mm from the beams, and both ends should be firmly tied to the beams.
When electric welding is used in the shaft, the bundling joints of the nearby slugs should be firmly tied with lead wires with a diameter of 1.2mm to prevent the slugs from catching fire and breaking. During welding and after the work is completed, special attention should be paid to whether there is a fire hazard anywhere in the shaft.
The interval between beams should be 850~900mm, and the interval between scaffolding should be 1700~1800mm
In order to facilitate climbing up and down, steps are added between the two beams of each layer on one side of the scaffold, and the interval is 300-400mm.
For the erection of scaffolding above the top floor, consideration should be given to ease of removal when installing the car.

When welding in the shaft, fire extinguishing measures should be provided.
A safe voltage not higher than 36 volts should be used.
Each elevator shaft shall be powered independently, and a power switch shall be provided near the entrance of the bottom shaft.
There should be sufficient brightness in the well, and hand lamp sockets should be set at appropriate locations as needed.
The top floor and bottom pit shall be provided with two or more electric lamps for lighting, and other levels shall also be provided with lighting.
The number of lighting lamps in the machine room shall be the number of elevators × 2 or more.
The power supply required for the construction should be sent to the machine room and the construction site to ensure the use of the construction.
The center line of the car frame, the center line of the door, the clear width of the door, and the center line of the guide rail are marked on the model frame, and the position deviation of each line should not exceed 0.3mm.
Use a thin saw blade to cut a bevel at each point where the plumb line is placed on the model frame, and nail an iron nail next to it for hanging and fixing the plumb line
