Hydraulic freight elevator power components are: oil pump and electric motor. The power unit of the fixed lift freight elevator is external. The mechanical structure of the freight elevator is generally composed of three parts: lifting platform, cable and work platform. The lifting platform is welded by high-strength steel plates; the cables and chains are controlled by the oil cylinder to lift vertically. The workbench can be operated by several people at the same time. It is equipped with a safety guardrail and a low-pressure control box. The operation is safe and reliable. Description of hydraulic system of hydraulic elevator: suck oil from the oil pump, push the piston in the oil cylinder, the jacking cable rises vertically, and when descending, the pressure oil flows back to the oil tank through the solenoid valve under the monitoring of the speed limit valve and the flow regulating valve. When the oil cylinder is overloaded, the pressure oil output by the oil pump flows directly back to the oil tank through the safety valve. In order to prevent an out-of-control fall accident caused by the rupture of the oil pipe, a one-way speed limit valve is installed on the pipeline of each oil cylinder (also used as oil return) to ensure emergency braking even in the case of a rupture of the oil pipe. Description of hydraulic elevator electrical system: The principle is that the motor used to drive the oil pump is controlled by a circuit breaker, limit switch, etc. in series.
