Hydraulic elevators are elevators which are powered by a piston that travels inside a cylinder. An electric motor pumps hydraulic oil into the cylinder to move the piston. The piston smoothly lifts the elevator cab. Electrical valves control the release of the oil for a gentle descent.You can find a hydraulic elevator in almost any type of building. However, there are two factors that limit the heights they can travel.Hydraulic elevators require a substantial amount of hydraulic oil to raise the cab, which is why they’re not usually found in high-rise buildings. These systems also operate at speeds of 150 ft./min. or less, making them slower than other types of elevators.Because of these factors, hydraulic elevators are only intended for buildings that are up to seven stories.
The hydraulic lift elevator adopts high temperature spray treatment. The paint is kept at 800℃ for 60 minutes to make the paint fully adhere to the surface of the carbon steel and form a dense protective layer, which greatly improves the anti-rust ability of the hydraulic elevator and makes the surface of the cargo lift elevator shiny.
In order to adapt to different installation environments, the door opening direction of the hydraulic elevator can be customized as required.
