The chain of the order picker is one of the important parts. The operator should check the lubrication system, and the grease adjustment nozzle should be aligned with the gap between the inner and outer chain plates.
The scraper chain of the hydraulic is partially damaged due to some accident, and the broken chain can be replaced separately, but the corresponding parts of the two chains need to be replaced at the same time to ensure that the two chains mesh correctly.
When the elongation of the conveyor chain of the battery order picker reaches 2% after wear, it must be completely replaced with a new chain. In order to obtain the same tension force on the two chain plates of the electric order picker, it can be adjusted by the nut of the tensioning device.
The driving sprocket and the tail sprocket of the order picker are assembled in separate structures. The edge of the wheel is fastened together with the hub by bolts of 4 sector gears. The wear of the ring gear should be checked regularly, and the chain does not need to be disassembled for replacement. Replace the tooth block.
Every 500 hours, a rail backing plate inspection should be carried out, and if it is loose, it should be tightened in time. In normal times, the operator should always check whether the bolts at the joints and hinges are loose or stuck, and whether there is any abnormal sound in the driving device. If so, the reason should be found out and solved in time, and at the same time, necessary lubrication should be carried out according to the operating conditions.
