Every day:

3. Check whether the moving parts and moving parts are lubricated with grease and lubricating oil.
Per month:
1. Check the tightness of the steel wire rope of the hydraulic lifting platform.
2. Check whether the moving parts and bolts of the hydraulic freight elevator are loose.
3. Check whether the moving parts and moving parts are lubricated with grease and lubricating oil.
4. Check whether each travel switch is sensitive.
5. Check whether the lubricating oil in the oil tank of the oil pump station is sufficient.
6. Check whether there is lubricating oil on the cylinder shaft and whether there is oil leakage.
7. Check whether there is rubbish in the pit, and it needs to be cleaned once a week.
8. Check whether the wire rope of the freight elevator has broken wires, and replace it in time if it affects the operation.
9. Check whether the nuts of the main chain fixing bolts of the hydraulic lifting platform are loose.
10. It is strictly forbidden to work on the hydraulic lifting platform with illness, safety first, and long alarm bells.
