Hydraulic lift operators must be trained and qualified before they can work. Professionals who are not approved by the factory are not allowed to perform maintenance!
Overload use is strictly prohibited.
The goods must be placed in the middle of the car as far as possible, and placed flat and stable, so that it does not deviate to any side of the car, does not slide, roll, or fall. If the center of gravity is unstable, loose and messy goods, you must first fix them before you can enter the freight elevator.
When the cargo enters the hydraulic lifting platform, first manually check and adjust the inner car door opposite to the freight elevator hall door to the lowest position to prevent the cargo from falling out of the hydraulic lifting platform. After placing the cargo, everyone must leave the hydraulic lifting platform and close the car inner door and hall door first. , After making sure that the hydraulic lift door is closed, press the button of the floor you want to reach. If no one responds, the operator can walk to the designated floor and pick up the goods. It is strictly forbidden to travel with the goods!
After the hydraulic lifting platform is leveled, first press the emergency stop switch on the operation panel to open the hall door, and then manually open the hydraulic lifting platform after the hall door to pull out the goods in turn.
Before the hydraulic lifting platform operates, make sure that no one is on the hydraulic lifting platform and all doors are closed!
During the up and down process of the hydraulic lifting platform, the operator shall monitor the whole process and shall not leave the post at will until the end of the work.
During the working process, if you find any faults such as uneven layer, abnormal sound, etc., please press the emergency stop switch on the panel immediately and notify the production office to arrange repairs. It is strictly forbidden to repair it without permission! Use with illness!
During the working process of the hydraulic lifting platform, it is strictly forbidden to cut off the power! If there is a power outage and the workbench is still in the air, please immediately notify the production office to arrange maintenance.
After the work is completed, the platform must be at the level of the building, and the power supply must be cut off to ensure safety. A warning sign must be hung up before maintenance and safety precautions must be taken before work can be performed.
When disassembling all hydraulic components, you must cut off the power supply, support the car, and release the pressure before disassembling the hydraulic components! Prevent the car from dropping suddenly! Appeared unexpectedly!
Maintenance personnel check the freight elevator comprehensively once a month, fill the movable parts of the hydraulic lifting platform, the guide rail oil cup, and add lubricating oil, and replace the hydraulic oil in the oil tank once a year. And check whether the axle pin, sleeve, etc. are worn out, and whether the hydraulic system is leaking.
