The newly installed hydraulic freight elevator will not add lubricating oil to the moving position for the first time. There are two reasons:
1. The guide rail slide has a thick layer of paint, if it is not worn, it will form a hard block, which is not good for slipping.
2. Transportation is inconvenient. Even if it is transported, there will be a lot of dust particles in the messy installation site. If these particles and dust are mixed into the lubricating oil, it will accelerate the damage of the sealing ring.
The correct maintenance method is as follows:
The best way to maintain freight elevators is to add lubricating oil regularly every month
The hydraulic pump station should replace the hydraulic oil and clean the solenoid valve at least once a year
Grease or lubricating oil is added to the main chain regularly, which can not only provide lubrication, but also prevent the chain from rusting
Add grease or lubricating oil to the connecting position of the top beam wheel of the freight elevator cylinder and the guide rail slide
Lubricating oil is added to the position of the freight elevator cylinder shaft to prolong the service life of the sealing ring
Regularly refuel the moving parts and tighten the steel wire rope. This is enough, and the service life of the equipment will increase a lot.
