The main booster component of the oil pump station used in the hydraulic freight elevator is called the gear pump. Some oil pump station manufacturers still use earlier technology. We have also tested in the use of hydraulic freight elevators. The hydraulic freight elevator with the same load uses oil pump stations from different manufacturers. , The sound and the lifting speed are obviously better than earlier technology oil pumping stations, so we basically use gear pump oil pumping stations now. Gear pump structure description: Its most basic form is that two gears of the same size mesh and rotate with each other in a tightly fitting shell. The inside of the shell is similar to the "8" shape, with two gears installed inside, and the outer diameter of the gear. And the two sides are closely matched with the shell. The material from the extruder enters the middle of the two gears at the suction port, and fills the space, moves along the housing with the rotation of the teeth, and is finally discharged when the two teeth mesh.
Troubleshooting method:
① Replace the inner and outer rotors so that the tooth backlash is within the specified range (generally less than 0.07mm);
② Grind both ends of the pump body to ensure that the axial clearance of the inner and outer rotors is within the range of 0.02~0.05mm after assembly;
③ Replace the damaged oil suction pipe seal, wrap the threaded part of the pipe joint with Teflon tape, and then tighten the pipe joint;
④ Choose oil of suitable viscosity, clean the oil inlet filter to make the oil suction unblocked. And increase the oil suction pipe diameter as appropriate;
⑤ Repair the overflow valve, and eliminate the phenomenon that the effective flow of the pump is reduced due to the short connection of the overflow valve to the oil tank.
