Cable installation method for freight elevators with a lifting height of less than 3m：
Before the freight elevator is used, the wire needs to be erected to more than half the height of the final freight elevator guide rail at one time:
1. Unfold a cable of the hydraulic freight elevator so that one end is connected to the ground power box, and the other end is connected to the junction box of the lifting platform through the cable fixing bracket.
2. Run the cable over the lift platform fence and lower it from the side to allow it to hang freely.
3. During operation, the cable should be drawn by ground personnel to avoid getting stuck.
4. Connect another cable into the control box of the 2nd floor freight elevator.
5. Raise the lift platform to the top of the elevator rail while keeping the cables extended by the person on the ground.
6. Install the cable stay 1.5m below the end of the rail frame of the freight elevator.
7. Connect the wires to the junction box input on the cable stay.
8. Clamp the cables to the rail frame with cable clamps at 1m intervals, up to the ground.
9. Raise the lift table to the end of the rail frame.
10. Have the ground personnel cut off the power and remove the drag cable from the power box, and connect one end of the fixed cable to the power box.
11. Pull the suspension cable onto the top of the lift platform, connect its end to the junction box on the cable stay and clamp the cable to the cleat on the cable stay.
12. Power on the power box. Check that the phase sequence is correct.
13. Carefully lower the lift table to the ground, allow the cables to hang, stop every 1m, and install a cable guide.
14. Remove the guide wheel on the side of the cable pulley. Install the trolley on the rail frame under the lifting platform.
15. Reinstall the guide wheel; hand-tighten the screws, not fully.
16. Adjust the pulley of the freight elevator so that the cable pulley is parallel to the guide rail frame, and the gap between the guide roller and the main pipe of the guide rail frame is 1.0mm (one-side measurement; double-side measurement should be 0.5m), but tighten the guide roller screw.
17. Remove the side panel on one side of the pulley, wrap the cable around the pulley, and refit the side panel without getting the cable stuck.
18. Loosen the cable clamping screws of the cable fixing group on the lifting platform, and adjust the height of the cable pulley so that when the lifting platform is flush with the threshold, the pulley is in the middle position from the bottom of the lifting platform to the ground.
19. Tighten the cable clamping screw and wrap the excess cable.
