First of all, we start from the height, because the bottom plate does not have beams, there is no requirement for height! Car lifts with beams have certain requirements for height. There are two height options for the double column with beams, 3621mm and 3821mm. Retaining 3900mm is a sufficient height. If the height is lower than 3621mm, only the double column of the bottom plate can be installed. At the same time, pay attention to it during the ascent. The height of the floor-type column is 2742mm, and the lifting height is 1815-1917mm, (the height of the general trolley is 1500mm, and the height of the SUV is 1800mm), so the height of the floor-type double-pillar can reach up to 3717mm.
The second is the length and width. The 4S standard station is 7 meters * 4 meters, and the installation position is just in the middle. If your space is not so large, you should save it. Whether it is a bottom plate or a gantry, the width is not much different, respectively, 3350mm and 3428mm. It is okay to be larger than these two widths, and the length can be kept at least 2800mm before and after. The total length is about 6050mm (2800+2800+450), suitable for most models.
Double-post lifts have very high requirements on the ground, especially the floor-type double-post lifts, because there is no beam to offset the torsion of the column, so the requirements for the ground are more stringent. It is required that the ground foundation is poured into a concrete structure at one time, with a thickness of no less than 375px and no steel bars; if the thickness is less than 15cm or the concrete is poured twice, the foundation needs to be redone. The foundation of the double-pillar lift is not too difficult. With the pillar as the center, you can dig two 1m*1m*0.45m deep pits! It can be installed in about 10 days!
