The installation of the main components of the guide rail freight elevator includes the basic frame, guide rail, pump station, lifting platform, ground fence, cable frame, electrical circuit, etc.
The installation steps of freight elevator are as follows:
l. Clean the surface of the freight elevator, remove the sundries and accumulated water in the reserved holes of the foundation, and place the foundation frame with the pre-embedded screws on the foundation, so that the pre-embedded screws automatically sink into the reserved holes, loosen the nuts, Lift the foundation frame (note that the position of the screw should not be moved at will), weld the screw firmly to the steel bars in the foundation, and pour the reserved hole with C30 concrete.
2. Install the lifting platform and the base frame fence on the standard section and check the distance between the level and the attached wall. The adjustment of the base frame can be carried out by adding spacers between the base frame and the foundation. Place the shims as close to the rails as possible until the base frame is level. Then tighten the bolts a little, but not too much.
3. Install the elevator guide rails in sequence, and the buffer pads should be installed together. Check the verticality of the rail frame in both directions (with a spirit level or plumb line). If it meets the requirements, add gaskets. The tightening torque of the base frame fixing bolts is 700N·m.
4. Install the lifting platform, adjust the gap between the guide roller and the main chord to 0.4-0.6mm through the eccentric shaft of the guide roller, and then adjust the two back rollers on the back of the transmission plate to make them contact the back of the rack. And make the backlash between the pinion and the rack 0.2 ~ 0.5mm, the contact spot along the tooth height should be ≥ 40% along the tooth length should be ≥ 50%.
5. After the lifting platform is installed and adjusted, turn on the emergency stop button.
6. Connect the electrical circuit of the freight elevator and check whether all functions are normal. If it is found that the moving direction of the freight elevator is different from the direction indicated by the operation switch, the main power supply can be cut off and the connection of the two cables can be exchanged.
7. Install the limit striker on the guide rail frame, so that the limit switch and the total limit switch of the lifting platform can work (check by prying).
8. Guide rollers, gears, racks, back wheels, etc. should be lubricated according to the instructions in the "lubrication chart" of the manual.
