Common faults and maintenance methods of electric stackers

Why the electric stacker cannot be lifted:
1. The electric stacker lacks hydraulic oil
2. Hydraulic stacker circuit failure or other related electrical component failures such as: contactor, motor, electricity meter, lifting button
4. The filter of the stacker truck is too dirty or the pipeline is too dirty to block the hydraulic system
5. The valve core on the valve block in the stand-on fully electric stacker is faulty, such as solenoid valve and overflow valve
6. The stacker truck is overloaded or there is interference between the frame and the carriage
7. Oil leakage or wear and tear in the oil cylinder of the pallet stacker
8. The battery power of the stand-on all-electric stacker is insufficient and undervoltage protection
Troubleshooting methods for electric stackers:
1. Fill the electric stacker with hydraulic oil
2. Replace the electrical components of the stacker
3. Replace the gear pump of the electric stacker
4. Replace the hydraulic oil in the filter and pipeline of the hydraulic stacker at the cleaning station
5. Detect the valve core of the all-electric stacker, repair or replace it
6. Relieve the overload or interference of the stand-on all-electric stacker
7. Repair or replace the oil cylinder of the pallet stacker
8. Charging the battery of a stand-on all-electric stacke
