Personnel requirements
1.1 The pedestrian electric stacker (hereinafter referred to as the stacker) can only be driven by specially trained operators. And understand the skills required for equipment driving and load. It is strictly forbidden to drive without training.
1.2 Without the arrangement of the company leader, the operator of the stacker is not allowed to teach others to drive the stacker without authorization.
1.3 It is strictly forbidden for the operator to drive the stacker after the action of drugs or alcohol. When the stacker is driving, the operator should concentrate and not eat, drink, chat, use walkie-talkies, etc.
1.4 The operator of the stacker must wear a safety helmet to operate.Check before driving
2.1 Check whether the turning brakes, horns, tires, etc. are intact; whether the forks are bent, damaged or cracked.
2.2 Check all pipes and joints of the hydraulic system for leaks.
2.3 Whether the battery power, hydraulic oil, and battery water are sufficient. When it is insufficient, it can be used according to standard requirements or standard lines.Start
3.1 Before turning on the power, do not press the accelerator handle. When the stacker is started, the starting speed should be kept low. After checking whether there are people and obstacles around, the operator should sound the whistle before starting, and pay attention to avoidance.
3.2 When starting, pay attention to observe the voltage of the voltmeter. If it is lower than the limit voltage, the stacker should stop running immediately. When the stacker cannot be started, contact the warehouse supervisor immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to dismantle and repair the stacker without authorization.
3.3 When the stacker starts with loading, the operator should first confirm that the loaded cargo is stable and reliable.Driving
4.1 The stacker should start, turn, drive, brake and stop smoothly, and slow down when turning on wet or slippery roads. At intersections or other invisible places, please slow down and honk your horn.
4.2 When the stacker is driving, pay attention to keeping a certain safe distance from other forklifts. When driving in a narrow area or meeting with other forklifts, be careful to drive slowly.
4.3 When the stacker is running with no load, the forks are lowered to the lowest position; when the stacker is running with cargo, the height of the cargo should be kept at 300-400mm, and the lifting mast must be tilted back to the limit.
4.4 Do not perform up and down operations during the driving process of the stacker, do not make sudden braking and high-speed turning.
4.5 If the stacker is driving with cargo on a slope greater than 7°, the fork should be driven uphill when going forward and reverse when going downhill. It is strictly forbidden to turn and brake during driving, and control the speed of the vehicle. Drive slowly.
4.6 When turning the stacker, observe the situation on the left and right sides, go slowly and sound the horn.
4.7 The stacker must drive in the direction of "upper right and lower left". The exit gate of the stacker should slow down and sound the horn. Pay attention to the height of the building and do not drive in or out blindly. High-speed driving is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.
4.8 When parking during transportation, the handbrake must be pulled up and put in neutral before leaving the forklift.Homework
5.1 Overloading and partial loading are strictly prohibited.
5.2 It is strictly forbidden to raise the goods for long-distance driving (height greater than 500 mm).
5.3 It is strictly forbidden to pick up or turn over storage containers with forks.
5.4 It is strictly forbidden to use brake inertia to unload, and it is strictly forbidden to use inertia to load goods.
5.5 It is strictly forbidden to transport dangerous goods directly.
5.6 It is strictly forbidden to use single fork operation.
5.7 It is strictly forbidden to stand on the fork, and it is strictly forbidden to pile up the aircraft to carry people.
5.8 It is strictly forbidden to carry unfixed or loosely stacked goods.
5.9 No one can stand under the forks when the stacker is operating. When the fork load is raised and lowered, no one is allowed within a radius of 1 meter with the fork as the center of the circle.
5.10 When loading goods, the operating speed should be slow; when loading goods, the forks must be inserted under the goods, and the weight of the goods should be carried by the two forks to prevent the goods from slipping sideways during off-loading or starting. After loading the goods, lift the fork about 300 mm above the ground before driving.
5.11 Small items should be placed in storage containers to prevent them from falling. If the cargo is large enough to obscure the driver’s sight, the vehicle should be reversed slowly, but if it goes uphill, a person should be there to direct the driver and the fork should be driven forward.
5.12 When loading and unloading goods, the forklift operator must use the brakes. After unloading, the crane should be lowered before driving.
5.13 When the stacker is lifting or driving, it is forbidden for any person to stand on the fork to hold objects or perform balance.Parking
6.1 It is forbidden to leave the goods in the air after parking.
6.2 When parking, the fork should be lowered to the lowest position, and the operating handle should be placed in neutral to cut off the circuit. It is strictly forbidden to park the stacker on the road section with a longitudinal slope greater than 5°.
6.3 Try to avoid parking on a slope. If it is unavoidable, you must use reliable objects to plug the wheels, tighten the handbrake and cut off the circuit.
6.4 It is not allowed to park the stacker near the emergency passageway, entrance and exit, and fire-fighting facilities.
6.5 When the stacker is temporarily not in use, turn off the power supply and apply the brake.Charging
7.1 When using the charger, choose the charger that matches the forklift and handle it gently. Do not allow the stacker to be charged until the forklift cannot be moved. This will shorten the service life of the battery.
7.2 After charging, you should turn off the power first, then pull out the charger plug, and hang the charger. It is strictly forbidden to put it on the ground.
7.3 Do not connect the battery and other forklift circuits without authorization in the workshop or dangerous goods warehouse to avoid sparks.Maintenance
8.1 If an abnormal phenomenon is found in the stacker, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
8.2 It is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance, assembling and disassembling parts when the stacker is started. It is strictly forbidden to repair the stacker and install or disassemble parts without authorization.
8.3 Maintain the stacker in strict accordance with the company's maintenance and repair procedures.Accidental measures
9.1 During the driving of the stacker, if the electronic controller is out of control, the main power supply should be disconnected immediately.
