However, in general, the scissor lift platform is still a very important part of the entire hydraulic lifting equipment system. Judging from the maturity of the product system, the scissor lift platform is already a very mature product. The market is becoming more and more mature and transparent.
However, this mobile scissor lift is easy to shake after being used for a period of time. There are many factors that cause this phenomenon, among which there are three main types:
The first is the distortion of the overall frame structure of the scissor lift. This kind of problem is very serious and rarely seen, but it also exists. Such problems can only be handed over to the manufacturer for after-sales maintenance;
The second is that the scissor lift platform lacks lubricating oil, which causes the support rod to frictionally hard and shake violently. It is recommended to regularly replace with new lubricating substances, such as lubricating oil;
The third problem is that the pins and bearings of the scissor lift platform have gaps after long-term use, resulting in overall shaking. Although a small amount of shaking is a normal phenomenon of the scissor lifting platform, if the amplitude exceeds a certain limit and is not corrected in time, it is easy to cause a great safety hazard. Therefore, it is best for customers to conduct comprehensive equipment testing to avoid greater safety accidents due to negligence.
