Design of the rising platform frame

The upper platform frame is an indispensable part of the plane of the scissor lift, which is mainly used to ensure the safety of the staff. The frame of the scissor table adopts aluminum alloy structure, which has the characteristics of light weight and good rigidity. The aluminum alloy table top is welded by standard aluminum alloy, and the frame is required to be neat. The size of the countertop frame should match the upper platform. For example, the size of the upper platform is 1200mm*800mm. Due to safety considerations, the size of the countertop frame should be smaller than that of the countertop, so the size of the countertop frame is 1100mm*700mm.

Design of the platform

The scissor lift platform should ensure the flatness of the table. In this regard, the mechanical specification of the table frame clearly stipulates the deformation of the lift table plane: when the lift table table is fully loaded, the deformation in the length direction shall not be greater than L/1000mm (L is the length size), and its absolute deformation is not more than 12mm. Therefore, when designing the scissor lifting platform, the above requirements should be met first. In addition, the platform's own weight and height must also be considered. In order to reduce the power of the hydraulic pump station and reduce the cost, it is more important to reduce the weight of the platform itself as much as possible.

The upper platform adopts 1200mm*800mm*3mm high-quality carbon structure hot-rolled steel plate, which has the characteristics of light weight and good rigidity. The fixed scissor lift table adopts the table steel frame structure according to the requirements of use. The upper platform and the frame are welded by standard aluminum alloy, and the outer frame is required to be neat, the table top is flat, and the diagonal dimension error of the table is less than 3mm. Weld the 80mm×43mm×5mm channel steel into a 1100mm*700mm frame, and spot-weld it below the upper platform table. The addition of the channel steel welded frame is to increase the strength of the upper platform and its bending resistance, and avoid the upper platform due to The weight is so heavy that it bends or deforms. It is required that the coaxiality of the pin shaft hole of the steel structure table connecting the fork balance rod is 0.6mm. The guide wheel track of the fork balance bar system on the steel structure table should be processed with a flatness of 0.1mm. The function of the slideway is to make the pulley slide back and forth in the slideway, so that the scissor lift table can complete the lifting and lowering action, and the lower bottom plate is also the same. The steel structure balance rod system of the fork frame is assembled from the rod system of the box structure welded by the steel plate and the pin shaft. The coaxiality tolerance of the pin shaft hole of the balance rod of the fork frame is 0.6mm, the parallelism is 0.5 mm, and the symmetry of the pin shaft holes at both ends to the middle pin shaft hole is less than 0.5mm. During the entire lifting operation of the lifting platform, the horizontal offset of the upper platform is less than 3mm.
