Why maintain the solenoid valves on the freight lift elevator and electric reach truck

The solenoid valve  in goods freight lift and electric stacker is quite the same as the water valve, but we use the power supply to control the opening and closing time of the valve. The accuracy of the solenoid valve is more strict, because the quality of the solenoid valve depends on the sensitivity of the solenoid valve to close or open. And accuracy, when the solenoid valve receives the signal, the solenoid valve must give feedback in time, otherwise there will be a drop in leveling.
1. When the hydraulic platform lift or the fork of electric tow truck is lifted to the specified position, if the lift platform will drop in a short time, the solenoid valve core needs to be cleaned.
2. Since the oil cylinder is installed and used for the first time, and iron ash will be rubbed in the box of the oil pump station, it will cause the solenoid valve core to be dirty and the solenoid valve cannot lock the hydraulic oil after a long time, so you need to clean the fright lift  in time and electric pallet stacker solenoid valve.
