Common faults and troubleshooting methods of all-electric stackers
1. The speed of the driving wheel of the stacker is significantly reduced or the driving motor is seriously overloaded.
reason:
The battery voltage is too low or the contact resistance of the pile head is too large; the carbon deposition between the motor commutator plates causes a short circuit between the plates; the motor brake is not adjusted properly and the motor runs with braking; the drive head gearbox and bearings lack lubrication or the base is blocked; Motor armature shorted.
Solution:
Check the battery terminal voltage or clean the pile head when the stacker is loaded; clean the commutator; adjust the brake clearance; check and clean and refill the lubricating oil to remove the jamming phenomenon; replace the new motor.
2. The stacker is weak or unable to lift
reason:
Excessive wear of gear pump and pump lift; improper high pressure of the relief valve in the reversing valve; oil leakage in the oil pressure pipeline; excessive oil temperature of the hydraulic oil; jamming of the gantry carriage; too low speed of the oil pump motor. Solution:
Replace worn or gear pump; readjust; inspect and repair; replace substandard hydraulic oil and check for cause of oil temperature rise; inspect and adjust; inspect motor and troubleshoot.
3. The automatic tilting of the stacker gantry is difficult or the movement is not smooth enough
reason:
Excessive wear on the wall of the tilting cylinder and the sealing ring; failure of the valve stem spring in the reversing valve; the piston is stuck on the cylinder wall or the piston rod is bent; there is too much dirt in the tilting cylinder or the seal is too tight.
Solution:
Replace O-rings or oil cylinders; replace qualified springs; replace damaged parts; clean and adjust.
4. The oil pump pressure is insufficient or the speed is too slow
reason:
The sealing ring in the pump cover groove is damaged, and there is too much internal leakage; the gear is worn; the speed of the oil pump motor is reduced; the pipeline is blocked by foreign objects.
Solution:
Replace; replace the oil pump; check the commutator, remove the carbon deposits between the sheets, adjust the position of the carbon brushes; check and clean.
5. The electrical appliance is not working properly
reason:
The micro switch in the electrical box is damaged or the position is not adjusted properly; the main circuit fuse or the control electrical fuse is blown; the battery voltage is too low; the contactor contacts are singed, or too much dirt causes poor contact; the contacts do not operate.
Solution:
Replace the micro switch and readjust the position; replace the fuse of the same type; recharge; repair the contacts, adjust or replace the contactor; check whether the contactor coil is open or replace the contactor.
