Single Mast Lift Tables

Dec 03, 2025

The original design of the single mast lift's guardrail was a fully fixed structure, meaning the entire perimeter of the guardrail was fixed, preventing users from directly entering the operating platform. The central barrier was movable, allowing users to move it to the upper side of the platform and crawl inside. Then, lowering the barrier allowed normal use of the aluminum single mast lift. The reason for this was simple: to prevent accidental falls while using the lifting equipment. However, this design also had a clear drawback: it was very inconvenient for users to enter and exit the lifting platform. To solve this problem, we improved the aluminum alloy lift's guardrail. We designed an inward-opening door on the user-facing side of the guardrail. Users can directly open the door to enter the lifting platform, but they need to turn sideways to close it. Currently, the door cannot be opened directly; it can only be unlocked by lowering the platform to its lowest position and turning sideways. While this increases costs, it is much more user-friendly and convenient.

In addition, we also improved the material of the single mast lift's guardrail. Currently, most lifting platforms on the market use iron with powder coating for their guardrails. We've changed our guardrails to 304 stainless steel pipes, and rounded the corners. This minimizes the risk of users being scratched by the sharp edges of the guardrails.

A high-quality product depends on the engineer's design philosophy. Simply pursuing price can sacrifice user experience and even threaten user safety.
