Before using the stacker fork lift, it is necessary to check the vehicle carefully. If it is found that the stacker is not working properly or the parts are damaged, the forklift is not allowed to be used.
① Ensure that the battery is fully charged, the liquid level is normal, and the vent cap is intact. Do not use open flames when checking batteries.
② Check all tires to make sure they are in good condition.
③ Check the two forks to ensure that there is no bending deformation, cracked goods and serious wear.
④ Check whether the hoisting chain is damaged.
⑤ Check the racks to ensure safety and reliability.
⑥ Check the bottom of the vehicle for hydraulic oil leakage.
⑦ Check the horn.
⑧ Ensure that the power switch is on and off normally.
⑨ Check all the control buttons of the vehicle to ensure that they can be used normally
Test drive stacker forklift in an open area：
①Test all hydraulic functions to make sure they are normal.
②Check the steering function of the stacker.
③ Run the stacker slowly in both forward and backward directions.
④ Run the stacker at full speed in both forward and backward directions.
⑤ Check the forward and backward braking distance. Load weight, size and ground conditions affect braking distance.
⑥Be aware of the braking distance of the vehicle before starting work. If the braking distance is too long to guarantee safety, please do not use the vehicle.
⑦When the situation is unclear, it is forbidden to use the vehicle and report the problem to the supervisor.
Hydraulic Oil Check
Unscrew the cover of the hydraulic oil tank, take out the oil mark to check whether the oil level meets the requirements (within the required scale range); add hydraulic oil and cover the cover.
Battery check
①Check the battery cover to see if the cover is fixed reliably.
②Check the specific gravity and liquid level of the electrolyte.
③ Check whether the battery terminals are loose or damaged, and adjust or replace if necessary
