Steps for stacking high loads:
1. Move the stacker closer to the front of the heavy object;
2. Raise the fork to an appropriate height lower than the bottom surface of the heavy object;
3. Move the stacker forward so that the fork extends under the heavy object;
4. Lift the fork until the weight is loaded;
5. Move the stacker back together with the heavy objects until the fork has room to drop;
6. Slowly lower the weight to an appropriate height.
Steps for stacking trucks:
1. Move the stacker with heavy objects to the front of the shelf;
2. Lift heavy objects to an appropriate height;
3. Move the stacker to the proper position;
4. Slowly lower the heavy object so that the bottom surface of the heavy object tray sits on the shelf;
5. Slowly move the stacker with its forks out of the shelf.
Before the stacker is transported:
1. In the case of no load, to move the stacker, please lower the fork to the lowest position. Be careful not to injure anyone on the job site. No one can stand on the forks of this stacker.
2. After use, please do not leave the stacker at the work site, park it at the designated place, and pull out the key.
3. You must be proficient in the use of the belly switch, and pay attention to protect yourself.
4. When the load is rising or falling, make sure that no one is standing around. When the vehicle is running, no one is allowed to stand on the shelf.
5. Vehicle keys shall not be given to persons outside the warehouse unless permitted by superiors.
