2. When the outriggers are deployed but not fully lifted, the load-bearing point of the boom lift remains the wheels. This shift in fulcrum alters the overall load-bearing structure of the vehicle. Due to inertia, the forces acting on the outriggers increase, potentially increasing the risk of rollover.
3. When the outriggers are fully deployed to lift the vehicle body, when the four outriggers fully lift the vehicle, a load-bearing surface is formed with the distance between the outriggers as the diameter. The operating platform is absolutely safe within the range of the outriggers and there is no risk of rollover. When the operating platform exceeds the outriggers, due to structural limitations, the operating platform is also absolutely safe within the load range.
