Two-post car lift maintenance requirements:
(1) Check and retighten the anchor screws of the car lift. All anchor screws should be fully tightened. If any screw fails for any reason, the hoist should not be used until the bolt is replaced.
(2) Lubricate the 2-post car lift chain/cable with spray lubricant.
(3) Check all chains, connectors, bolts and pins to ensure they are reliable and firm.
(4) Visually inspect all hydraulic oil lines of the car lift for possible wear and tear.
(5) Check whether the movement of the slider inside the column is properly lubricated. Replenish high-quality heavy lubricating grease in time.
(6) Carry out a visual inspection of possible wear and tear on all moving parts of the car lift.
(7) Check the lubrication of all pulleys. If the pulley drags during lifting, add an appropriate amount of lubricant to the axle.
(8) Check and adjust the tension of the balance cable to ensure the horizontal lifting of the hoist.
(9) Check the verticality of the car lift column.
