Floor load-bearing capacity: ≥ 5 tons/m²; C30 concrete; levelness tolerance: ≤ 3 mm.
Pit depth: 250–350 mm; equipped with drainage to prevent water accumulation and rust.
Hoistway dimensions comply with regulations; guide rail verticality tolerance: ≤ 2°.
Dedicated 380V power supply available; wire gauge is appropriate; grounding resistance: ≤ 4Ω.
The freight elevator must be equipped with safety features including fall protection, overload protection, limit switches, emergency stop buttons, and buffers.
All necessary installation equipment and personnel qualifications are in place.
