The home elevator consists of wheelchair platform, driving machine and traction system, guide rail and wheelchair platform
It is composed of control box, intercom and platform call transmitting device, charging device and safety device.
The main body of the wheelchair platform is a steel structure, which is composed of key switch, emergency stop switch, cover plate, guardrail, side plate, contact bottom plate, etc. The wheelchair platform is folded and placed against the wall when not in use. The lowering and folding of the platform is automatic.
However, when the automatic device fails, the platform can be retracted and released manually.The surface of the platform is covered with anti-skid patterned aluminum plate, so as to restrain the wheelchair, so that the wheelchair is always limited to a fixed position when the stair elevator is running. When the stair elevator stops up and down, the side plate is automatically lowered for wheelchair access. The driver is installed in the wheelchair platform and powered by battery. The transmission mode is that the drive motor is transmitted to the sprocket through the worm gear reducer, the gears on the upper and lower shafts are driven through the chain and sprocket, and then the rolling friction wheel is driven to travel on the guide rail through the gear drive. The gas spring always maintains the positive pressure of the rolling friction wheel on the track.
There are brakes, safety gear and speed governor on the driving machine. The brake can smoothly brake and stop the descending stair elevator under the maximum load condition within 20mm. The brake shall be power-off holding brake, power on and release brake, and the brake spring shall be compression spring.
The traction system can be applied to multiple turn back stairs. The rolling friction wheel is adopted, and the power transmission is stable and reliable. The guide rail is installed on the stair step surface with columns, which are fixed with expansion bolts. The guide rail, column and accessories are made of stainless steel. The column is made of stainless steel square pipe with sufficient strength, and the end is sealed with stainless steel cover to prevent garbage and rainwater from entering.
