Contrast relationship between wire diameter and current of cargo lift and Electric stacker lifter

Electric equipment such as industrial goods lift, Electric lift stacker, and fixed scissor platforms need to be energized or charged. The power of the mechanical equipment is different, and the diameter of the selected power cord is different . But the calculation method of the required diameter of the power cord is the same .

The voltage drop of the copper core wire is related to its resistance, and its resistance calculation formula:

At 20°C: 17.5÷cross-sectional area (square millimeter) = resistance value per kilometer (Ω)

At 75℃: 21.7÷cross-sectional area (square millimeter) = resistance value per kilometer (Ω)

The pressure drop calculation formula (according to Ohm's law): V=R×A

The line loss is related to the voltage drop and current used.

The line loss calculation formula: P=V×AP-line loss power (watts) V-voltage drop value (volts) A-line current (amps)

2. Current calculation method of copper core wire power line

The safe current carrying capacity of 1 square millimeter copper power cord-17A.

The safe current carrying capacity of 1.5 square millimeter copper power cord-21A.

The safe current carrying capacity of the 2.5 square millimeter copper power cord-28A.
