How to replace the oil cylinder of the scissor platform

2. Before disassembling, cut off the power supply and stop the hydraulic device from moving.
3. In order to analyze the force of the hydraulic cylinder and find out the failure and damage causes of the hydraulic cylinder, before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the characteristics and installation directions of the main components such as cylinder barrel, piston rod, piston, guide sleeve, etc. should be done. Make a mark and record it.
4. In order to unload the hydraulic cylinder from the equipment, first unload the piping of the oil inlet and outlet. The connecting heads and mounting bolts (composition: head and screw) of the piston rod end must all be loosened. When disassembling, take care to prevent damage to the thread on the top of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port and the surface of the piston rod. For example (for example, for example), during disassembly, improper knocks and sudden drops will damage the threads or produce marks on the surface of the piston rod. Therefore, care should be taken in operation.
5. Due to the different structures and sizes of hydraulic cylinders for lift table, the disassembly sequence is slightly different. Generally, the fastening bolts or connecting rods of the end cover should be loosened first, and then the end cover, piston rod, piston and cylinder barrel should be disassembled in sequence. When removing the piston and piston rod, be careful not to knock them out of the cylinder, so as not to damage the inner surface of the cylinder.
