If it is the first time for you to operate a semi-electric stacker, please follow the operating procedures, first do no-load adaptability exercises in a relatively open area, and then perform the actual operation after you have basically mastered the performance of the vehicle. Please believe in yourself. With bold operation, the semi-electric stacker is very easy to master.
10. Please wear appropriate work clothes when operating, maintaining or repairing.
11. The heavy objects on the semi-electric stacker should be stably and well placed. The center of gravity of the heavy objects should be in the center of the two forks and within 600mm of the fork back. The lifting load weight should be within the allowable range of this parameter. , should refer to the load curve diagram of the label, and it is forbidden to use it beyond the range.
12. The semi-electric stacker should stop moving when lifting, and the fork should be lowered to a lower position when the electric stacker is ready to travel a long distance.
Steps for loading heavy objects on semi-electric stacker:
1. Move the semi-electric stacker closer to the front of the heavy object;
2. Raise the fork to an appropriate height lower than the bottom surface of the heavy object;
3. Move the stacker forward so that the fork extends under the heavy object;
4. Lift the fork until the weight is loaded;
5. The semi-electric stacker is moved back together with the heavy objects until the fork has room to drop;
6. Slowly lower the weight to an appropriate height.
Steps for pushing and placing heavy objects on a semi-electric stacker:
1. Move the semi-electric stacker with heavy objects to the front of the shelf;
2. Lift heavy objects to an appropriate height;
3. Move the electric stacker forward to the appropriate position;
4. Slowly lower the heavy object so that the bottom surface of the heavy object tray sits on the shelf;
5. Slowly move the manual stacker with its forks out of the shelf. On the way of transporting heavy objects, when encountering a sloped road, please pay attention: when going uphill, the heavy object must be in front; but when going downhill, the heavy object must not be in front.
6. If the manual stacker is empty when going up and down the slope, please also pay attention: when going up and down the slope, you can only move forward, not backward.
After use, the electric stacker should be parked in a safe, level and reliable place.
When parked, take out the key and keep it safe. After it is parked, it should be possible to move the electric stacker by manpower, and the fork should be lowered to a low position when not in use.
