The hydraulic cylinder of the scissor lift is a device that converts the pressure energy of the hydraulic system into mechanical energy. In the lift system, the hydraulic cylinder converts the telescopic motion of the piston rod into the lifting of the platform through a series of mechanical structure combinations to realize the lifting and lowering of the lift.
The connection between the cylinder barrel and the front end cover of the lifting platform oil cylinder adopts bolt connection, which is characterized by small radial size, light weight, wide application, complex end structure, and the outer diameter of the cylinder barrel needs to be processed and should be coaxial with the inner diameter. Use special tools to prevent the sealing ring from twisting during installation.
The connection between the cylinder head and the rear end cover adopts the welding form, which is characterized by simple structure, small size, light weight, and wide use. The cylinder barrel may be deformed after welding, and the inner diameter is not easy to process.
The thickness of the bottom of the cylinder barrel of the scissor lift platform should be appropriately thickened according to the process requirements. If an oil port or an exhaust valve is set on the cylinder barrel, the thickness of the bottom of the cylinder barrel should be increased.
The cylinder material of the lifting platform is usually made of No. 20, 35, and 45 steel. When the cylinder, cylinder head, and street are welded together, No. 35 steel with better welding performance is used, which is quenched and tempered after rough machining. In addition, the cylinder can also be made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, bronze and aluminum alloys. When the cylinder barrel and the piston use rubber sealing rings, the inner diameter of the cylinder barrel should be ground.
In order to prevent corrosion and improve the service life, the inner surface of the cylinder barrel should be chromed, and the thickness of the chromed layer should be 0.03-0.04mm after chroming, and the inner surface of the cylinder should be polished.
The roundness and cylindricity errors of the inner diameter of the cylinder are not greater than half of the diameter tolerance, and the tolerance error of the inner surface of the cylinder is not greater than 0.03mm. When the cylinder cylinder head of the scissor lift platform is threaded, the thread is of medium precision.
