Single Column Aluminum Lift: Standard Motor Power

Aug 25, 2026

A single column (single mast) aluminum alloy lift is one of the most popular lightweight aerial work platforms for indoor maintenance, warehouse operations, office building cleaning, and narrow-space high-altitude tasks. To ensure stable lifting performance, safe operation, and long service life, it is critical to confirm the standard motor power and exact hydraulic oil capacity before installation, daily use, or maintenance. This guide covers industry-standard parameter specifications for mainstream single-column aluminum lifts, solving the most common user questions about power configuration and hydraulic fluid volume.

1. Standard Motor Power of Single Column Aluminum Alloy Lift

Single mast aluminum lifts feature a compact structure, light weight, and low energy consumption, so their motor power is far lower than heavy-duty scissor lifts. The motor power varies slightly based on lifting height, load capacity, and power supply type (AC/DC). Below are the universal industry-standard parameters for mainstream models (GTWY series, the most common single-column lift model worldwide).

1.1 AC 220V Commercial Motor Power (Most Widely Used)

AC 220V motors are the primary configuration for stationary and semi-mobile single column aluminum lifts, suitable for factory, office, and fixed workplace use. For conventional models with a rated load of 100kg–150kg and lifting heights of 4m to 10m:

4m–8m single column lift: Equipped with 0.75KW (750W) AC motor, the most mainstream and cost-effective configuration, fully meeting daily light-duty lifting needs .

9m–10m high-rise single column lift: Configured with 1.1KW–1.5KW AC motor to ensure sufficient lifting torque and stable lifting speed under maximum height load .

1.2 DC Battery Motor Power (Self-propelled Models)

Self-propelled single mast aluminum lifts use DC battery power for flexible outdoor and mobile operation, with slightly higher motor power to adapt to mobile load conditions:

12V DC models: Matched with 1.5KW–1.6KW lifting motor, suitable for small portable single-column lifts .

24V DC mainstream models: Standard 0.8KW–1.3KW motor, widely used in 6m–8m self-driving single column aerial work platforms .

Heavy-duty self-propelled models: Individual high-load configurations adopt 2.2KW DC motors for stable high-altitude operation .
