However, the existing rail-type hydraulic lift freight elevators have poor safety. Because the overall need to meet the high-frequency transportation of goods, and the general use height is often low, it is often neglected in the aspect of cargo compartment braking, so it does not meet the current requirements. There are some needs, for which we propose a braking mechanism for a rail-type hydraulic lift freight elevator.

The braking mechanism of the guide rail type hydraulic lift freight elevator includes a base frame, and guide rail columns are arranged above the base frame, and four guide rail columns are arranged. A cargo box is installed between the guide rail columns, a lifting beam is installed on both sides of the cargo box, a hydraulic lifting device is installed in the middle position under the lifting beam, and a braking column is installed on both sides under the lifting beam. An inner pipe is arranged inside, an oil discharge port is arranged outside the inner pipe, and several oil discharge ports are arranged and distributed in sequence. An oil return port is installed at the middle position of the bottom of the inner tube, an oil storage tank is installed at the bottom, a telescopic column is installed inside, and the upper end of the telescopic column extends to the outside of the brake column, a piston is installed at the bottom of the telescopic column, and a buffer is installed outside The spring, the outside of the buffer spring is provided with a rubber sheath, the four corners of the upper and lower ends of the cargo box are equipped with electromagnetic brakes, the output shafts of the electromagnetic brakes are respectively installed with a first sliding gear and a second sliding gear, and the second sliding gear is located in the first sliding gear. Slide one side of the gear.
