Electric Stationary Scissor Lift Platforms

In the double scissor hydraulic lift, there are three main ways to arrange the hydraulic cylinders:

(1) The hydraulic cylinders are arranged vertically. The lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the frame of the scissor lift platforms, and the piston at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the upper plate in this arrangement.

(2) The hydraulic cylinders are arranged horizontally. Through analysis and calculation, it can be seen that the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder is the largest at this time, and the hydraulic cylinder is affected by the lateral force, which affects the service life of the seal.

(3) The hydraulic cylinder inclined arrangement adopts a double hinge structure to avoid the shortcomings of the above two arrangements, and the lifting stroke of the scissor lift platform can reach more than twice the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder inclined arrangement is often used in engineering. Therefore, Stationary scissor lifts mainly adopt this arrangement.

The hydraulic cylinder inclined arrangement body can be subdivided into two forms:

The first is that the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed near the end of the scissor mechanism, which is fixed to the support.

Second, the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed close to the end of the scissor mechanism, which is more movable than the support. The lifting height of the machine is not large, so the increment of the hydraulic cylinder stroke is also limited.
