The scissor lift platform adopts a throttle speed control circuit, because the speed control circuit has the following characteristics: good bearing capacity, low cost, large speed control range, suitable for low power, light load or medium and low voltage systems, but its speed stiffness is poor, Low efficiency and high heat generation.
The hydraulic components of scissor lift table mainly include: oil pump, motor, various control valves, pipelines, filters, etc. Different connection combinations of hydraulic components constitute hydraulic circuits with different functions, and the selection and calculation of hydraulic components need to be carried out according to the requirements of the elevator.
The actual input power required by the hydraulic system is the main basis for selecting the motor. Due to the volume loss and mechanical loss of the hydraulic pump, in order to meet the pressure and flow required by the hydraulic pump to output to the system, the input power of the hydraulic pump must be greater than its output power.
