The scissor lift table is a key component of the steel structure of the lifting platform, and its mechanical properties have a direct impact on the performance of the platform. For the scissor lift platform, the key factor affecting its mechanical properties is the installation position of the lifting cylinder. The traditional method of calculating and analyzing the scissor lift table is usually manual trial calculation or overall finite element analysis method. However, the accuracy of the manual trial algorithm is not high, and the efficiency is low; the overall finite element analysis method is more suitable for the later checking analysis, but in the initial stage of design analysis, there are problems of modeling difficulties and difficult rapid adjustment of model parameters. When establishing the mechanical model, we use the powerful matrix calculation function of MATLAB software to study the key parameters that affect the mechanical characteristics of the scissor lift platform, so as to obtain the mechanical model of the scissor lift mechanism.
