(2) During the working process of the scissor lift platform, the hydraulic cylinder is damaged and suddenly unloaded, and the upper platform of the lift platform can directly fall on the column, which not only plays a supporting role, but also prevents the damage of the hydraulic components or the various components of the lift platform.
(3) During the maintenance process of the staff, the column can also prevent the scissor lift platform from falling suddenly and causing casualties.
Select the appropriate hydraulic cylinder according to the required maximum hydraulic cylinder thrust, and install the cylinder between the inner scissor arms in the middle. A seamless steel pipe is welded between the inner scissor arm and the outer scissor arm, respectively, and two connecting plates are respectively connected in the middle of the steel pipe as the support of the hydraulic cylinder. The rollers connected by the arms walk on the track, thereby changing the luffing of the scissor arm and completing the lifting of the lifting platform. All pins and rollers are made of quenched and tempered 45-gauge steel.
