The stationary lifting platform needs to be installed by a dedicated person before it can be used after debugging. Its installation method is divided into the following steps:
1. Measuring size Measuring the size of the pit of the lifting platform. Generally, the installation of a fixed lifting platform requires that the size of the platform should be smaller than the size of the pit.
2. Use a wire rope for hoisting to tie the hook of the base of the lifting platform, hoist to a predetermined position, loosen the rope after placing it steadily, and wait for the lifting platform to enter the pit, then enter the pit for position adjustment and wiring work; if there is a pit space It is small and needs to be lifted up before operation.
3. Adjust the position. Adjust the lifting platform to a suitable position. The lifting platform is required to be level with the ground, and the gap between the edge of the platform and the edge of the pit fits well.
4. The connection is mainly to connect the hydraulic pipe, the travel switch line source and the control line source. The hydraulic pipe from the lifting platform is connected to the hydraulic pipe on the control box. The two-core wire source connection from the control box is located on the chassis of the lifting platform. On the wiring terminals on the upper side, the lifting work platform with operating buttons on the work surface must be connected to the control line source, and then the multi-color line source from the control box is connected to the wiring terminal of the lifting work platform chassis.
5. Debugging Turn on the power and check whether the lifting platform and the upper work surface are intact when the lifting platform rises to the highest level, and whether the distance between the front and back of the travel switch is adjusted to make the lifting platform and the upper ground level.
6. After fixing and debugging, after confirming that it is correct, fix the lifting platform with iron expansion bolts, and then fill the gap between the chassis and the ground with cement mortar.
