Fixed Scissor Lift for Furniture Handling - Application Scenarios
Fixed scissor lift is stationary installed with smooth hydraulic lifting, designed for vertical furniture transfer at fixed locations. Widely used in furniture factories, finished goods warehouses, furniture showrooms and logistics hubs.
1. Furniture Factory Workshop (Process Transfer)
Transfer wood panels, solid wood blanks and sofa frames between different production stations. Adjust working height for assembly, polishing and upholstery work.
Lift finished large furniture such as sofas, bed frames and wardrobes from production lines to temporary storage zones.
Height adjustment at packaging stations. Raise furniture to an ergonomic working level for wrapping and protective film packing, avoiding heavy manual lifting and reducing scratches and collision damage.
2. Finished Furniture Warehouse (Vertical Transfer Between Floors & Racks)
Transport furniture between ground floor and mezzanine / second-floor storage areas. Pit-mounted design keeps the platform flush with ground when lowered. Pallet trucks can directly push furniture onto the platform for lifting to upper floors for storage or outbound delivery.
Access large furniture on high racks. Lift palletized sofas, mattresses and cabinets to rack height for loading and picking.
Transfer inventory furniture between basement warehouses and ground level.
3. Warehouse Loading & Unloading Zone
Load finished furniture onto trucks. Adjust platform height to match the floor of container vans. Forklifts or pallet jacks can directly push packed furniture and palletized goods into vehicles. Advantages: Stable lifting movement, less vibration to protect upholstered sofas, furniture with stone tops and fragile parts. Replace heavy manual carrying to lower furniture damage and worker injury risks.
4. Furniture Showrooms & Home Furnishing Stores (Sample Transfer)
Deliver furniture samples from the first floor to second-floor exhibition areas for new display setup and sample replacement.
Regularly swap display sofas, dining tables and furniture sets between back storage and showroom areas.
Transport furniture into and out of show flats in large soft furnishing malls.
5. Furniture Logistics & Distribution Transit Warehouses
Sort and repack assembled furniture in furniture parcel hubs. Adjust platform height for handling mattresses, bookcases and dining sets, cutting down manual heavy lifting during sorting and pallet changing.
6. Bulk Furniture Replacement for Hotels & Homestays
Installed at fixed logistics access points of large hotels, used for bulk delivery of guest room furniture including bed frames, mattresses, nightstands and wardrobes. Transport new furniture in and remove old furniture out (installed in back service passage, not inside guest rooms).
