The advantage is that it is easy to assemble and maintain, and fundamentally eliminates the influence of the vibration of the power source and the oil temperature on the host. Scissor lifts that do not require high self-height of the lifting platform adopt a centralized arrangement. The advantage is that it saves space for equipment installation.
The connection of hydraulic components of scissor lift can be divided into three types: tubular connection, plate connection and centralized connection. The integral valve plate in the integral connection is the most used connection method in the hydraulic system of the lifting platform.
The oil circuit of the integral valve plate is drilled on the whole plate or cast by precision casting. The valve plate of this structure has better reliability and wider application than the bonded valve plate, but the process is poor, especially for deep The machining of the holes is difficult. When there are many connecting elements, the position of each hole is not easy to determine. It is a pipeless connection and is mostly used in less complicated stationary lifting machinery.
When the hydraulic lifting platform adopts an integral valve plate, it is necessary to design the valve plate by itself, and the design of the valve plate needs to refer to the overall structural drawing of the lifting platform.
