When the electric order picker stacker is used for the first time, an empty test is required, and it can be used normally only after passing the test. The test sequence for the stacker-reclaimer is as follows:
1. Start the hydraulic system first, so that the piston rod can go up and down normally, make the boom run between the highest point and the lowest point, and determine the position of the limit switch.
2. Vibration, noise, and leakage are not allowed when the hydraulic system is working. Stop the lift machine immediately if a fault is found, and find out the cause and eliminate it in time.
3. Start the walking drive device of the stacker, and check whether the rotation direction of the motor and the reducer are exactly the same when powered on.
4. Start the reciprocating operation of the walking drive device of the stacker-reclaimer for not less than 10 minutes, during which the braking performance of the brake is tested. Pay special attention to observe that the temperature rise of the reducer does not exceed 40°C, and its bearing temperature should not exceed 65°C. If it is found that the limit position travel switch is shifted during the operation of the stacker, it is necessary to determine the position of each travel limit switch, and fix it after adjustment.
