A limit switch is installed on the structure of the freight elevator to prevent the elevator from continuing to rise and fall due to the failure of the leveling limit switch and causing dangerous accidents. The steel wire rope plays the role of left and right synchronization and safety against falling. When the chain suddenly breaks, the steel wire rope can make the worktable stop at this position instantaneously instead of the worktable falling violently. Play a role in safety protection. A pressure sensor is installed in the hydraulic oil circuit. When the rated load is exceeded, the working pressure increases, and the motor power is cut off through the control signal, and the freight elevator does not work, which plays a role in safety protection. The freight elevator can be equipped with an electromagnetic lock switch on the guardrail. When the switch is turned on, the lifting equipment does not work. In addition, the freight elevator can also be equipped with a gravity check switch. When the cargo is overweight, the buzzer will sound a warning. The safety factor of the whole freight elevator is designed as: 130%, and the work safety factor is large. High-quality bearings are installed on the rotating structure of the freight elevator to reduce rigid friction and effectively improve the service life of the equipment.
