The Application Of PLC in Electric Forklift

The control system with programmable controller as the core is adopted in the electrical control system of the electric stacker. The electric stacker forklift uses advanced PLC to realize automatic control to replace the contacted electrical control circuit which belongs to the intermittent control system used by the traditional stacker. PLC uses the working principle of computer and is very suitable for large-scale and complex control systems. Although PLC is similar to computer in working principle and device, compared with computer, it has the advantages of low cost and convenient use. On-site signals can directly control the controlled object, and no other intermediate equipment is needed. The electric stacker adopts PLC design, which improves the automatic control level of the equipment by a grade. Programmable controllers (PC or PLC) have been widely used in electrical transmission automation systems due to their simple hardware structure, convenient installation and maintenance, easy programming and reliable work. It can not only replace the relay system to realize logic sequence control, but also make the electric drive develop in the direction of large-scale multi-function. A single or multiple PCs are networked to realize basic automation; the upper computer is used to realize monitoring and management, and together with the electric drive control system, a large-scale integrated distributed control system with man-machine interface and data communication can be formed.
