The AC dual motor shifting system of the high-end electric forklift stacker adopts two AC cone rotor motors with brakes. The cone brake of the main motor of the forklift is connected with the rotor shaft of the auxiliary motor through a pair of gear transmissions with a certain speed ratio (that is, the ratio of the working speed and the slow speed). When the main motor is running, the mechanism runs at the working speed. When the main motor is disconnected and the auxiliary motor is running, the brake of the main motor acts as a clutch between the main motor and the auxiliary motor, and transmits the torque of the auxiliary motor to the mechanism, so that the mechanism can obtain the required slow speed. The transition from high speed to low speed varies depending on the type of main motor. Electric forklift auxiliary motors are generally cage type. If the main motor adopts the winding type, then use the reverse brake to reduce the speed before the main motor is disconnected. When the main motor drops to the pre-selected slow speed value, the main motor is turned off by the speed relay and the auxiliary motor is turned on at the same time, so that the mechanism runs at a slow speed. If the main motor of the electric forklift is also a cage type, then when the speed is changed, the main motor is immediately disconnected and the auxiliary motor is started. At this time, the brake of the main motor will slip, and the braking torque will slow down the entire mechanism including the main motor, so that the auxiliary motor will start quickly, and stop slipping until the speed of both sides of the brake is equal. . The two-speed motor variable speed scheme can obtain a larger speed ratio than the general variable speed motor. Although two motors are used, each motor is a standard product, so it is still a simple and economical solution, which can be used in the hoisting mechanism and running mechanism with a speed control ratio of less than 10.
