Warehouse order pickers are classified into straight-line running
order pickers and curved running reclaimers according to their different running trajectories.
The straight-line order picker can only run on the linear track in the roadway, and cannot change the roadway by itself. The roadway can only be converted by other conveying equipment. The straight-line electric order picker can realize high-speed operation, and can meet the operation of three-dimensional warehouses with high in-out frequency, and is the most widely used.
The traveling wheel and the lower beam of the curved reclaimer are hinged through the vertical axis, which can run on a circular or other curved track, and can be transferred from one roadway to another roadway by itself without other conveying equipment. The curve-running order picker reclaimer has limitations in use, and is only suitable for three-dimensional warehouses with low in-out frequency.
Due to the limitation of use occasions, the roadway hydraulic order picker has the following characteristics in terms of structure and performance:
(1) The structure of the whole machine is high and narrow, and its width generally does not exceed the width of the storage unit, so the layout and structure selection of the whole machine are limited.
(2) In addition to meeting the strength and stiffness requirements, metal structural parts should also have high manufacturing and installation accuracy.
(3) A special reclaiming device is used, and a multi-section telescopic fork or pallet mechanism is commonly used.
(4) Each electrical transmission mechanism should be fast, stable and accurate at the same time.
(5) Equipped with reliable safety devices, and the control system should have a series of chain protection measures.
