Why Are Eterlift Cargo Lifts Better Than Others?

Jun 12, 2026
Compared with freight elevators from other manufacturers, Eterlift freight elevators are optimized in five key areas: hydraulic system, safety configurations, structural craftsmanship, energy efficiency and customization. They deliver smoother operation, higher safety, longer service life, and easier installation & maintenance.

1. Hydraulic Drive & Running Stability (Core Upgrade)

Adopting side-mounted dual cylinders instead of the traditional central single cylinder, the load distribution is more balanced. Equipped with ball bearings, the elevator runs virtually noise-free with minimal vibration, while conventional freight elevators usually produce loud noise and obvious shaking.
Our heavy-duty long-lasting hydraulic pump unit features triple protection consisting of overflow valve, emergency manual valve and manual pump. Most ordinary elevators use basic domestic pump units which are prone to oil leakage and frequent breakdowns.
With ultra-low failure rate and extended service life, our elevators require no major overhaul within 5 years of regular use, and their overall lifespan is 3 years longer than standard models.

2. Comprehensive Safety Enhancements

We are equipped with multiple safety interlocks, including interactive interlocks between floors, emergency stop buttons, overload protection and safety doors & guardrails. Many regular freight elevators lack interlock systems and are fitted with simple or even no safety doors.
The power-failure emergency descent system allows the platform to lower to the nearest floor via manual pressure relief and open the doors when power cuts out. Conventional units may trap passengers without manual release function.
The platform is fitted with bottom sensor bumpers and mechanical anti-fall locks for anti-collision and anti-fall protection. Most ordinary elevators have no sensor protection and only simple anti-fall devices.

3. Upgraded Structure & Craftsmanship

Main beams and platforms are built with thickened steel plates and seamless steel pipes for high load capacity and anti-deformation performance. Standard elevators use thin materials and tend to bend under heavy loads.
We apply robotic welding, overall sandblasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating. The finished structure features excellent rust and corrosion resistance with no paint peeling. Traditional products rely on manual welding and rough painting, which leads to easy rusting.
Available with pit-free or shallow pit design. Installation requires no pit, or only a 15–30 cm shallow pit for existing workshops, with no restriction on overhead height. It is perfectly suitable for old factory buildings. Ordinary freight elevators demand deep pits, resulting in high renovation difficulty.

4. Energy Saving & Low Maintenance

It adopts gravity-driven descent design, cutting energy consumption by over 30%. Traditional elevators consume power during both lifting and lowering processes.
Neatly arranged electric control components and side-mounted hydraulic system enable easy inspection and repair. Regular products have messy wiring and limited maintenance space.
Thanks to the simplified structure and fewer vulnerable parts, the maintenance cost is reduced by 40%.

5. Customization & Flexible Installation

Full customization is supported: load capacity from 0.5 to 20 tons, lifting height from 1 to 20 meters, as well as platform size, color and working voltage (380V/230V/110V) can all be tailored to requirements. Most common freight elevators only come in fixed specifications.
Two installation options are available: wall-mounted to save space or freestanding. Traditional elevators mostly adopt shaft-mounted design which occupies more floor area.
Installation can be completed by just two workers with no dedicated machine room required. In contrast, ordinary elevators need professional teams and extra machine rooms, leading to longer construction periods.
