1. Only when the hydraulic guide rail type freight elevator does not work with load for rises and falls, the pressure of the hydraulic system should be checked. If the pressure is lower than the normal range, the set value of the relief valve should be adjusted.
2. The hydraulic oil has deteriorated or impurities. After the hydraulic oil is used for a long time, there may be impurities in the hydraulic oil or it has deteriorated. Sampling is carried out to check whether it contains solid particles, discoloration and odor. When the hydraulic oil of the rail elevator is lacking, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.
3. The hydraulic pipeline may be congested. The hydraulic pipeline is also a very tight link, check whether the hydraulic pipeline is smooth. Focus on checking whether each hydraulic valve includes check valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, proportional control valve, relief valve, etc. for congestion and jamming. If there is a problem, the hydraulic valve of the rail lift should be cleaned or replaced as soon as possible.
4. There may be leakage in the hydraulic system. Check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic system, and focus on checking the connections of hydraulic pipes and joints, oil cylinders and hydraulic valves. If there is leakage of hydraulic oil, replace the composite pad or wrap the raw material tape.
5. The hydraulic pump is also a critical factor affecting the flow of hydraulic oil. Hydraulic pumps that have been used for a long time are also prone to problems. When the speed of the hydraulic lifting and lowering platform is slowed down, it is necessary to check whether the oil supply flow of the hydraulic pump is stable.
6. It is not possible to debug the relief valve by yourself.
