The load test and braking test are tests of the strength of the order picker frame, and there are also clear requirements for the test conditions:
①Load test: An electric order picker that is rigid and capable of bearing heavy loads should be used, and the load should reach the maximum test load.
②Maximum load test: Use the same test method to conduct the maximum working speed test, steering angle test and braking strength test for the operating conditions of the order picker reclaimer. The load test should meet the purpose of the test; the test should be carried out in an unobstructed state. The test method adopts constant speed transmission; after the test, emergency braking should be carried out in case of brake failure.
③Ultimate load test: It is composed of bearing capacity test and load test.
