This procedure is formulated to give full play to the maximum efficiency of all electric high-altitude reclaimer and ensure daily use, maintenance and long-term safety production.
1. The purpose of the order picker is only to lift the personnel and materials within the rated load into the air.
2. It is strictly prohibited to modify the order picker shape, electric control system and platform structure without permission to increase or reduce the machine function or load.
3. Keep the safety signs on all parts of the order picker complete and in proper position at any time, and wash them regularly with neutral soap and water.
4. Operators must be in good health. Those suffering from mental illness, epilepsy, hypertension, heart disease, drunk and depressed are strictly prohibited to operate the machine.
5. Operators shall wear light clothes and soft soled shoes.
6. Before using the order picker for the first time, the operator shall carefully read, understand and abide by the product instructions and operating procedures. Only trained and certified operators and authorized personnel are allowed to operate the machine.
7. It is not required to use personal fall protection equipment when operating the electric order picker, but it is recommended that the operator take necessary protective measures such as safety rope when working at height for a long time.
8. The order picker is a non insulated product. When using it, ensure to keep a safe distance from other power lines and equipment. If the machine has come into contact with live wires, please stay away from the machine. Personnel on the ground and platform are prohibited from touching or operating the machine until the power supply is cut off.
9. In case of strong wind of level 6 or above, rainstorm, thunder, fog and other bad weather, outdoor high-altitude operation shall be stopped.
