The broken rope protection device of the electric order picker reclaimer is composed of a screw rod, a compression spring, left and right safety gears and a connecting rod mechanism. The gravity action of the cargo platform and the cargo makes the compression spring in a compressed state. Once the wire rope breaks, the pulley block loses the force of the cargo platform and the weight of the cargo, and the compression spring is released at the same time, so that the linkage mechanism moves, and the wedge in the safety gear is released. The block moves upward, and the rope breaking protection device is clamped on the lifting guide rail due to the action of the slope of the wedge block, so as to ensure that the electric reclaimer will not fall when the rope is broken.
The diameter of the wire rope of the electric order picker reclaimer is 6mm. Select the platen fixing device and change the rope groove of the platen to a trapezoidal groove.
The sprocket of the reclaimer is made of 40Cr alloy quenched and tempered steel. The quenching temperature is 850. Because 40Cr is an alloy steel, it is oil-quenched, the hardness reaches HRC40-50, and the tempering temperature is 500 to reduce brittleness. The sprocket structure of the electric reclaimer adopts an integral structure.
