Electric order picker reclaimer requirements for bolts and nuts
The electro-hydraulic order picker reclaimer requires that the performance grade of the bolts used in the main stress components is not lower than 8.8, and the performance grade of nuts is not lower than 8. It is required that the performance level of high-strength bolts is not lower than 10.9 S, and the performance of high-strength nuts is not lower than 10H.
Order Picker Manufacturing and Assembly Requirements
The horizontal bending of the upper beam of the order picker stacker is required to be less than K/1000, where K is the full length of the upper beam. The horizontal bending of the beam is less than B/1000, where B is the wheelbase of the main and driven wheels. According to the actual experience of mechanical engineering, only the lower beam is allowed to be arched upward, and its upper arch is allowed.
In manufacturing, every part of the order picker must be manufactured strictly according to the standard. In addition, the assembled all-electric reclaimer frame must be strictly inspected for various dimensions. The parallelism error between the guide rails is required to be less than 6mm. The error of the diagonal sum is less than 4mm, the error of the C value inside the rail is ±3mm, the flatness tolerance value of the same side of the two rails is within 4mm, and the diagonal detection point is 100mm away from the upper and lower mounting surfaces of the column , the difference is within 3mm.
