Types of track reclaimers
Tracked roadway order picker can be classified according to their structural form, support mode and running track, etc., and can be generally divided into the following types:
(1) According to the structure, it is divided into double-column track order picker and single-column track order picker:
①Double-column self-propelled order picker
The double-column trackway reclaimer consists of two columns, an upper beam, a lower beam and a cargo platform with a fork. The column, the upper beam and the lower beam form a rectangular frame, generally called a frame. There are two types of columns: square tube and round tube. The square tube can also be used as a lifting guide rail, and the round tube needs an additional lifting guide rail. The biggest advantage of this kind of reclaimer is that the strength and rigidity are relatively good, it can start and brake quickly, and it runs smoothly. Generally used in three-dimensional warehouses with high lifting height, large lifting weight and high horizontal running speed, the disadvantage is that the self-weight is large.
②Single-column self-propelled
The frame of the single-column track reclaimer consists of a column, a lower beam and an upper beam. Columns are mostly made of profiled steel or welded, and guide rails are attached to the columns. The whole machine is lighter in weight and consumes less material, so the manufacturing cost is relatively low, but the rigidity is slightly worse. Due to the eccentric effect of the cargo platform and the goods on the column, as well as the horizontal inertial force generated during walking and braking, the single-column tracked roadway reclaimer has greater limitations in use. It is not suitable for stacker cranes with large lifting capacity and high horizontal running speed. The lifting structure of the single-column stacker is generally driven by steel wire rope. For wire rope drive, the transmission and arrangement are relatively easy, but the positioning accuracy is slightly less.
