In order to protect the safety of people, equipment and goods, the pallet stacker forklift must have complete safety protection measures:
(1) The electric stacker is equipped with mechanical and electrical limit devices at the walking, loading platform lifting and fork telescopic terminals.
(2) Cargo detection The cargo platform is equipped with high-elevation, ultra-long and ultra-wide inspection devices. When the goods enter the loading platform, when it is detected that the goods exceed the set height, length or width, the stacker will stop running and alarm. The general allowable error is 30-40 mm, and the detection element adopts the photoelectric sensor of the beam or reflection type.
(3) There is also a device on the pallet of the electric forklift to detect whether the fork is returned, whether there is cargo on the fork, and whether there is any cargo in the cargo space. If the fork is not returned, the stacker cannot run horizontally; if there is already goods on the fork, it cannot be picked up again; when entering the warehouse, it is necessary to detect whether there is any goods in the cargo space to avoid accidents.
(4) Power-off protection If there is a sudden power failure during the lifting of the cargo platform, the cargo platform will be stopped at the current position by lifting the motor brake and will not fall down.
(5) Cargo platform chain breaking protection The lifting chain is connected to the cargo platform through a compression spring. When the chain is suddenly broken due to long-term use or unexpected reasons, the spring bounces off the chain, and when the detection device detects the chain, it drives the corresponding device to make The loading platform stops at the current position so as not to fall off, and at the same time the entire stacker stops running.
